The Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent. Our room was dirty and never cleaned, it was noisy, and the pool was unusable because of its size and the water temperature. The staff were very rude. If something happens to you, don't count on getting help. The staff were older and spoke only Bulgarian. The older woman in charge of the hotel seemed to do little besides yell at anyone who spoke to her. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to be treated like scum.

The roads around here are terrible, and the apartments seem to have a few minor construction flaws and other small issues. Still, I had a pretty pleasant stay overall, and the pool was nice.

The hosts were kind, though the Wi-Fi signal was weak. It worked by the pool and at reception, and maybe in some rooms near reception.
