Martin was kind and available whenever we needed something during our nearly two-month stay. There’s plenty of parking and a nice pool, too. It’s a good place for either a short or long stay, and I’d come back if I return to Bulgaria :)
I stay here for half the year as a permanent resident. The staff are friendly and the fees are reasonable.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s far from both the center and the beach, and getting there means crossing a deserted, unlit field with high-voltage poles and a pack of dogs, possibly jackals, before reaching a busy, dangerous road. The rooms have ticks and other pests. When leaving, guests are expected to pay for damage and water from a broken meter, with the manager deciding the amount without warning. He also gives the apartment to foreigners without their knowledge. There’s no cash receipt or rental contract. The relevant institutions should look into this.
