The location was a long way from both the beach and the centre with its clubs and restaurants. The apartment was dirty on arrival, the toilet was broken, there was no hot water, and the towels were stained. The maids never cleaned our room during the entire week. Kids in the yard were constantly annoying, and the food ranged from bland to inedible. This felt like a one-star building that barely qualifies as a hotel. It was an awful stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Don’t come here.

We arrived to find a very dirty room with no toilet paper or dish soap. The electricity wasn’t working, and neither was the lamp. Although the whole hotel was supposedly for us, they split us across three different hotels when we got there. The food was old and really bad. When we checked out, they said they’d charge us extra if we hadn’t cleaned well enough, which made no sense since we had no cleaning supplies. I hope this helps, and please don’t stay here. Some of the photos are fake too :)

Sunny Beach was wonderful, and I had a great five days at this hotel. The location worked really well, near a supermarket and the centre. Everyone at sunnyhouse was lovely, from the manager to the rest of the staff. I’m sure I’ll come back to Sunny Beach and stay here again next year.

The bathroom was disgusting and smelled awful, and the food wasn’t good either. Nothing seemed to work, including the AC, and everything was broken. It’s also far from everything. DONT COME HERE

A warm welcome, and a good spot for families. You’re close enough to the busy strip, but far enough away from it.
