Good value for the money, with a big room and a clean pool. They even brought us a mattress topper for the two single beds. The beach is about a 10-minute walk, and there are lots of supermarkets open around the clock nearby. The staff were nice, especially the tall man at reception.

The reception staff and hotel manager took care of everything and tried to make our holiday comfortable. They gave us lots of tips on what to see and where to go for good food. They also arranged our airport transfer professionally. The service was the best, and it felt like staying at my family's home. Everyone was friendly and we talked about all sorts of things. Our room was very big and clean. The beach is close, and there are markets and restaurants all around. We had a great holiday, thanks so much. If we come back to Bulgaria, we'll definitely stay here again!

The atmosphere is mostly relaxed, and the pool is great to spend time at. Rooms are spacious. The beach is close, though the hotel is far from central Sunny Beach. There's still plenty in the area, and Nessebar is very close. The restaurant is closed, but there's another place right beside the pool, plus other restaurants around. Costa Coffee is nearby on the way to the beach.

The experience was good, and better than I'd expected. The rooms are large and pretty clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. They should pay more attention to the details if they want to deserve the five stars displayed.

The location is near the beach, and the staff were very nice. Our room was clean, the towels were changed every day, and breakfast tasted good.
