The room was clean, the location worked well, and everyone was friendly. I felt welcome from the start. I had a great stay and would come back, and I’d recommend the place.

During the stay, they kept looking for problems. The reception was poor, and what we got wasn’t even what we’d booked. The accommodation doesn’t deliver on its promises.

We were seven people with a confirmed Booking.com reservation. When we reached the house, we called Lyuba. She answered, said there was no room for us and she couldn’t accommodate us, then hung up. Her behavior was rude and arrogant, and all seven of us were left out on the street. I wouldn’t recommend this place under any circumstances.

We ended up parking on the street and eating breakfast at the hotel across the road, even though parking and breakfast were supposed to be available here. The owner also rushed us to leave around 9:00, despite our reservation saying check-out was by 12:00. I’m very dissatisfied with both the accommodation and the owner, and wouldn’t recommend staying here. It was below par, and the owner seemed to want to rip everyone off. We had booked two rooms that were advertised with bathtubs, but were given three rooms without them. We also didn’t get the welcome or service described in the ad. The owner asked for a deposit after we had already paid for the accommodation. We handed it over and asked for a receipt, but he refused to provide any proof of payment. A few days in, we were asked why we’d taken the towels. After talking it through, we found them in the closet. The cleaner hadn’t noticed them because we’d brought our own towels. The toilet seat was broken on the first day, so I set it aside in the bathroom to show it hadn’t been our fault. The cleaner missed that too while cleaning each day. On the last day, they blamed us for the damage and took quite a bit from the deposit. There was also an electrical issue. We came back one afternoon to find no power and a burned-out socket in one of our rooms. We were asked to account for breaking it, though we hadn’t been there and had left nothing plugged in. In the end, the owner grumbled and called a mechanic, who fixed it.
