Mars Apartments in Complex Shipka

The apartment was clean, comfortable and modern, with everything needed for a stay. Our host was courteous and treated us well. We had a parking space, internet, and a first-floor apartment with direct access to the pool. The thick walls did interfere with the internet, though, and we lost the connection in the bedrooms.

The manager was friendly, and the location made it easy to reach the beach in about 7-8 minutes. The center and yacht port are nearby too, good for walks, with grocery shops and restaurants close at hand. Our room was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed. A very nice hotel.

With access to the pool and a grassy area where children can play in the evening, this apartment worked really well for a family. The location is very good, the price felt fair, and the apartment had sufficient equipment. Hygiene was very good too. I recommend it.

The location is good, but that was about all I could say in its favor. Our apartment hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, and the cleaning stayed poor throughout. The bedrooms, especially one of them, were practically in a basement. There were two small windows that couldn't be opened because they sat under a street grate, so dirt came in. For the last two or three days, the hot water lasted only about 20 minutes. That wasn't enough for four adults and a child to bathe.
