Menada Luxor Apartments is the best of the best in Saint Vlac Bulgaria. It has a large area and a security system, and the elevator works well. There's a restaurant on site, the grounds are clean, and Luxor has the largest swimming pool in Sv. Vlas. Prices are reasonable.

A great complex with a pool, supermarket, beauty salon and pharmacy, very close to the beach. The bus stops right in front can take you to sunny beach or Nessebar. Recommended.

It's really bad. It's June 6th and the pool still isn't in service. The area is guarded, but the entrance gate won't close and nobody seems to be fixing it.
