Sea Vista Hotel

The rooms were outdated, and hygiene across the place was a serious concern. What they called all-inclusive felt like a struggle to get basic things, and the staff seemed indifferent when we asked for help. The Wi-Fi barely worked. We paid expecting a vacation and got a pile of frustrations instead. Save your money and find somewhere else.

We found the beach after a 5-10 minute walk downhill. There are two beaches close by, and we liked the one by Soul beach bar best. During our 7-day stay, the towels and bed linen were changed several times, and the rooms were kept very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially waiter Daniel, who regularly asked about our day and whether everything was all right. Breakfast was a tasty buffet with lots of choice, though the coffee machine could use an upgrade. Dinner was excellent and came in generous portions. For four of the seven days we had all-inclusive service; on the others, we could pick one dish from a small menu, with salad and dessert. It was a shame that plain water wasn't available from the drink machines and had to be bought separately. We had a great stay and thought it was excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

The view is absolutely amazing, and the staff are so kind and sweet. Such a nice place.
