Everything else was OK, but breakfast is served in a smoking place.

It's a simple, clean hotel. We only stayed one night and arrived late, but reception was there waiting. There's parking within the security cameras' field of view, so it felt safe to leave the car. The room was a reasonable size, neither too big nor too small, and the bed was comfortable. All good.

For me it was very cheap, and I had a good view from the hotel near the border. Casinos, supermarkets and the river are all within walking distance. I remember the receptionist smiling when I paid for two weeks, an amount that would get me just two days in Western Europe for a room of the same quality. Everything in Bulgaria feels super cheap to Westerners 🤣

The receptionist was very kind, and the hotel's lobby looks good. The standard room costs 25 euro for up to 2 people, but the bathroom is falling apart and there was uncleaned popcorn under the beds. Its TV is very small and old. The "luxury" rooms cost 50 euro, with a flat TV and a slightly better bathroom. Both snltandart and luxury rooms have air conditioner.

The staff are welcoming and friendly, and the rooms are extremely clean. The hotel is ideally located in the city center.
