There was silence everywhere, and the place felt magical, clean, and cozy. Breakfast was a magnificent spread, with a tasty platter, but the contrast with dinner was hard to miss. Dinner was very fatty, there wasn't much choice of salads, and the vegetables didn't seem very fresh. Still, it was okay overall. Thanks, we'll come back!

Some staff members really did their best to make our stay pleasant, even risking management's anger to help us. The moment management left, the staff's mood changed, like a breath of fresh air and a weight off their shoulders. The management was so bad. We booked for our sports club's training camp believing all the arrangements we'd agreed on beforehand would be in place, but they weren't. The outdoor pool wasn't working, even though people usually come to this village for the hot outdoor pools, especially with snow, saunas, and other healthy activities. The food was mixed. Breakfast and dinner had moderate variety and were so-so, but lunch service and organization were very poor. The bean soup was undercooked, and the quality of the other dishes was questionable. They charged extra for Wi-Fi and for heating the garden or conference room. People with babies or small children weren't allowed to bring food to their rooms. You also weren't allowed to take your own water or electrolyte drinks into the spa. There were no slippers, and the robes were old. I could keep listing one little problem after another.

I've stayed here three times, so I figured it was time to write a review. The hotel is worth every penny, especially since dinner is included and there's a wide range to choose from. Breakfast has plenty of options too, and the staff patiently wait for you to finish even after the scheduled time. Make some time for the pool or sauna in the spa. I was impressed that the outdoor pool was heated and running even in October. It's a beautiful place to visit.

The place itself is adorable, and the man on staff was very kind. But the woman with glasses at reception was rude and unpleasant, and seemed not to understand what good service means. She brought our vacation mood down. She also charged us for a salad that was already included in the price. I don't know who gave her the right to do that. Maybe she needed 10leva to get through a lonely day.
