The kids were welcomed and kept entertained by the animators, and the staff were kind and always ready to help. The restaurant was nice and the food tasty. Rooms were very large and clean, with an amazing view. Out front there’s a huge garden with a pool, and a nice path reaches the beach in just 20 seconds. The location is 10/10. There’s guest parking and 24/7 security.

We liked the location, the way the restaurant, lawn, and pool are laid out, and the animator hired for the kids. Those positives couldn’t make up for the rest, though. We spent 10 nights there in mid-July 2021 and encountered the problems every day. Management and staff fell short on maintenance, service, food, parking, and cleanliness. I wouldn’t return, and several other guests said the same. We exchanged tips with other families about where to go next summer. Parking was a dirt road with no barrier to keep random beachgoers from parking near the hotel. The garbage bins overflowed onto the road. We worried we wouldn’t find a space if we took our car out, so we relied on taxis and buses. Management didn’t feel responsible for helping with parking or reserving spaces for guests. The food was like something from a highway motel, with no day-to-day variety. Much of it seemed to come from cans or the freezer section at large grocery stores. Breakfast leftovers were clearly reused for lunch and dinner. We had fish once in 10 days. The restaurant head wouldn’t make a simple change, such as serving watermelon at breakfast instead of dinner. I saw no sign of cleaning during our stay. We had to ask for it as though it were a special favor, and got pushback. We changed the sheets a few times, but had to carry the dirty ones to reception to get replacements. Dust, spider webs, and sand were part of daily life. Luckily, we’d brought our own broom. Our two-bedroom luxury apartment was falling apart. The half-bath door hung from just one hinge, and the toilet had no flush button, so we couldn’t use it at all. The shower head in the full bath came apart while in use, and the faucet for switching the water between top and bottom only worked when the shower wasn’t running. We called a handyman several times. His makeshift fixes didn’t work.

Breakfast was included, but at certain times they ran out of food and we had to wait to see if they’d make more. The beach was dirty, the path to the sea wasn’t suitable for babies, and getting into the water was often difficult, despite the seafront location being pretty bad. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, and staff didn’t care when we asked for things. There was no polite service at all. We won’t return, and don’t recommend it. There are much better options nearby.

The room and bathroom were clean, with beachfront bars and a restaurant very close. The location right on the beach is fantastic. But the advertised free parking meant finding a spot somewhere by a busy public beach. Breakfast was supposed to be available from 7 to 10, yet there was none at 7:55 when we wanted to leave early. The tables weren’t set, and the only staff member clearly wasn’t ready. It wasn’t good value for us.
