We reserved three nights, starting on 30.12.2025, in Tutrakan, Bulgaria. The modern hotel is near the Danube and well located. The rooms were very large, clean and modern, and the breakfast was superb. The restaurant was good, and the staff were exceptionally nice. It felt high quality. The head cook, Madam, speaks Romanian, and the room cleaners speak Turkish. I recommend this place to real travelers and hope to return there. The room was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed, and the food at the restaurant was good. The location is handy, right by the Danube. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s free parking opposite. Thank you.

The food was decent, but a strong perfume smell filled the restaurant and made the meal hard to enjoy. It even seemed to change the food’s taste. I could barely breathe with that smell. If you’re sensitive to scents, this might not be the place for you.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the top-floor restaurant and bar have views of the park and Danube. It’s the best hotel in Tutrakan. The one drawback is that the room windows don’t open, so getting fresh air is impossible.

I had a disappointing meal at the hotel restaurant because there wasn’t a designated non-smoking area. I asked the waitress, but she closed the nearby window and smoke filled the space, which really got in the way of enjoying my food. They should make the smoking rules clearer or improve the ventilation so everyone can have a more pleasant meal.
