The service was perfect, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. The rooms were very clean, with a really comfortable bed. Excellent hotel, I recommend it!

We’ve stayed here on three of our four trips to bulgaria. The hotel is nice and clean, and I like the breakfast. Getting there by car is a little tricky, I guess especially for a Canadian.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great location. We had a great stay.

The staff were friendly, but cleanliness was a problem. When I checked in, there was hair on the bathroom floor, and it looked like some of it might not have come from someone’s head. There was also a whole piece of nail on the floor. I regret not taking pictures. You can hear cars from the main road too, so it’s not a great choice if you want peace and quiet. Otherwise, it was okay.

There was just one complimentary bottle of water for the four of us, and parking costs extra.
