The rooms were average, while the food and pool were great. Parking was the biggest issue: there isn't any. The only options are private lots that rip you off, apparently in agreement with hotel employees who most likely get a percentage of the very expensive fee.

The room was clean, and the cleaning lady did a great job. That was the only good part of a chaotic, stressful stay. The hotel seemed badly managed, with staff other than housekeeping either overwhelmed or uninterested and no control over the crowds. The restaurant was constantly packed, with ridiculously long waits to get food or find a table. It felt like you had to fight your way in. Inside, people were loud and rude, shouting across tables without any consideration for others. One morning we ended up beside a family whose children had measles in the restaurant, and hotel staff did nothing. That's dangerous and irresponsible. The pool was just as bad. People left towels on the sunbeds at 2-3 AM to reserve them overnight, so there was no chance of getting one in the morning if you were trying to relax normally. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Never again.

We had such a lovely time and hope to come back next year. The rooms were very clean, the food was excellent with something for everyone, and the staff were so helpful and absolutely lovely. The beach is very close, just a five-minute walk at an easy pace. In the evenings there might be an hour of music for the children to enjoy, so it's a good place for families.

Please get rid of the 2:30 p.m. check-in rule. It clearly isn't convenient for tourists. My three-year-old and I have been waiting for a room since 4 a.m., exhausted from the road. After this, my impression isn't going to improve.
