HVD Viva Club Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

We were impressed by the shows, and the staff were very kind. The service was properly done, there were lots of good drinks, and you could have as much food as you wanted. Rooms were clean, and the beach isn’t as far as it looks: it’s 800 m away, about a three-minute walk. There’s also a hotel bus to take you there. Thanks for everything!

We were there for seven days and six nights, and the rooms were the standout. We had a huge superior room on the 7th floor with a gorgeous view. The bathroom looked exceptional and daily cleaning was thorough: vacuumed floors, everything wiped down, fresh bed linen and towels each day, and even the balcony mopped. Both beach and bathroom towels were replaced. It was spotless and smelled fresh every time we came back. 10/10, no complaints. The team made the stay even better. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and quick to sort out questions or problems. On arrival, the valet took our bags from the car straight to the room after check-in. We noticed the LED lights weren’t working and asked reception for laundry prices and a bag. They said we’d get the price list the next day, but after a beach walk of about an hour, the lights had been fixed and the bag and list were waiting in the room. We’d parked in the secondary lot about 1 km away because the main hotel parking was full, as usual. I’d forgotten something in the car, and the driver wasn’t available. Zhivko, the Front Office Manager, offered to take me himself, even though his shift had ended. He was warm and helpful, and never made me feel like a burden. Huge thanks to him and the whole team. Food was decent, though not perfect. Breakfast was more or less the same each day, with some choice, but got repetitive over the week. Lunch was best, varied, tasty, and with new things to try. Dinner disappointed me a little, though there were only two nights when I really didn’t like the food. Some desserts seemed stale: biscuit cakes were too dry, while soft wafer ones had gone soggy and couldn’t be cut properly. Maybe they reused desserts from earlier meals, but I’m not sure. The themed Japanese, Italian, and Bulgarian dinners had a lot of repeated dishes, with only two or three new items, and those weren’t to my taste. I’d rate the food 8.5-9/10. I didn’t come just for the food, so I’m okay with it, but the kitchen team could review a few things. There were nonstop pool activities from morning to evening: polo, yoga, water sports, volleyball, kids’ programming, shows, and nighttime shows for everyone. The beach was perfect, the food there was really good, and the bar drinks were the best. Viktor the bartender was very funny and friendly. I really enjoyed the stay and fully recommend the rooms.

We had an enjoyable stay. The hotel is clean, nice, and aspiring, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The beach is a bit far, but we were allowed to use all the facilities at the other HVD hotel, about 15 minutes away. They also directed me to park there for free.

The transfer from the airport was quick, around 30 minutes, and the hotel’s in a good location. Food was tasty and varied, and the room was clean, with a minibar and coffee machine. There’s a wide selection of alcohol at the bar. The service was friendly and professional, especially the animation team led by Niki.
