Hotel Panorama

We stayed at Panorama Hotel with my mother from 08.08.25 to 15.08.25. The room and service were very good, with clean rooms and polite, responsible staff who spoke English and Russian at a decent level. Guests could use umbrellas, sunbeds, and beach towels for free. We ordered lunch to the room as well as breakfast, and arranged a transfer. I rate the hotel's services very highly. The hotel is in Varna's tourist and resort area, with the beach, port for boat trips, and amusement park all about five minutes away. There's also a public transport stop, promenade, and lots of seaside cafés nearby. Walking toward the city center, we found a pharmacy that was open. In the center, we found a currency exchange office that was only open occasionally. Luckily, cards worked at the hotel and most boutiques. There was no kettle in the room, as other reviews have mentioned, and the hotel has no water coolers. Since it's a beach hotel, a drying rack for swimsuits would be useful. Hanging clothes on the French balcony railings over the main street feels inappropriate, but there wasn't another option.

You can be on the beach within a minute of walking outside, and I really liked the breakfast selection, from eggs, toast, and ham to some local options. I was here alone for a conference and had a very nice stay. My cheapest single room was still fairly spacious, with a decent-sized bathroom. It was clearly cleaned each day, and I didn't feel anything was missing. The reception staff were nice and answered all my questions. I'd definitely recommend the place or stay here again.

Valeri, the valet, was the best man. His driving was tip-top, and he was always right there when needed. A beautiful hotel too, with very friendly staff.

The location is excellent, right across from the beach, with well-equipped beach bars nearby to spend time at. The reception staff were professional and very friendly. Still, I wouldn't recommend it for €200 a night. There's no pool of its own, and the breakfast was the worst part, with very few edible choices and nearly undrinkable coffee. The rooms are spacious, with a decent bed and clean bathroom, but they look like they came straight from the 1970s. We stayed in July 2025 during a road trip along the coasts of Bulgaria and Romania, and at that price I expected more. The views aren't the draw.
