The supervisor showed absolutely no willingness to help me with booking. I got a rude "the door is there," then they sent me out of the hotel with bad manners. The service was awful. After reading other people's reviews here, I'm glad I didn't stay there.

The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. The location is perfect, just behind the main pedestrian street.

10/10
The location is hard to beat, right in the middle of everything, and the continental breakfasts were delicious and well worth the price and convenience. My room had two balconies. It was dated and fully carpeted, with that carpet smell, but comfortable enough to rest at night. There was cable TV, a fridge, phone, kettle, and hairdryer. The bathroom seemed new, and the water pressure was excellent, though the shower took a little while to warm up. Parking isn't included, but there's a public lot a minute down the street where you can pay with cash or card.

The location is in the city center, close to the beach. A great hotel, with big, tidy rooms.

4/10
There was a lot to like: the room looked stylish, in blue, brown, and white, and cost 65 leva for a single. Staff were friendly and helpful, the location was good, 2 minutes from the center and 5 from the beach, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. There was an elevator and air conditioning. But I still give it only 2 stars. The bed was really comfortable, but I had bed bugs or some other insects, and now my legs are covered in bites. Not nice, and it shouldn't happen. The shower was dirty, with lots of hair under the sink.
