We liked Varna a lot. It feels lively, but still peaceful too. The hotel is right in the middle of the restaurants, clubs, and nightlife, and the staff are very welcoming. It's about 500 m on foot to the beaches and beach bars, with plenty to enjoy by the sea during the day or in the evening. Since the hotel is in the pedestrian area, parking isn't right at the door, but there are spots very close by.
We were given a whole apartment for the price of a single room, and the staff were friendly and polite. There's a table and chairs on the balcony for sitting out with a drink. If you're riding a motorcycle, a garage is available.
The spacious room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Even with bars and restaurants nearby, it stayed quiet. The woman at the front desk was welcoming, patient, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is right on the main pedestrian street in the city center, less than five minutes from the beach. I recommend it, the quality for the price is very good.
The location is central, and I had a street-facing room where it was fun to watch people go by. Breakfast was fine, though it was served at a cafe a few doors down.
The location is great and the staff were kind. My room was clean, but there was only a shower cap, no shampoo or soap. The shower curtain rail nearly fell on me, so they should fix that.
