A warning about the parking: the lot by the hotel reception doesn't belong to the hotel. We left our car there for just five minutes and were fined immediately. The receptionist kindly helped us avoid paying. In Sofia, our car was removed on the claim that we'd parked in a private space, which wasn't true, and we paid a 60 Lewa fine for nothing. Be careful. The rooms and surroundings were lovely. Aqua House was really cool, though expensive even as a registered Primorski Hotel guest. The food at the Italian restaurant could be better.

The rooms are new, clean, and well equipped, with air conditioning even though I couldn't find it mentioned on the website. Everything looks very clean and fairly new, no more than three years old. There are a few small boutiques, snack shops, and restaurants nearby. Dentaprime is a 10-minute walk away, and the beach is only three minutes on foot. I'll try to stay here again on my next visit.

Parking costs extra. The room layout was among the worst I've encountered: the sink is in the room, not the bathroom, and the bathroom is basically a small square with water coming only from overhead, since the shower has no handle. A curtain separates it from the room, with no door. Shaving means standing opposite the bedroom, literally in the room, before going into the bathroom.

There are shops, cafés, and other services in the shopping center, and everything feels clean, modern, and well arranged. The sea view is a nice part of the experience. The hotel is close to the beach, with a post office nearby, and has both self-parking and underground parking. A good place to relax or shop, for locals as well as visitors.

I've stayed here many times and rate it above ensansa aqua house next door. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the cafes on the ground floor are really good. The hotel doesn't have many facilities of its own, but auqa house is a five-minute walk away. There's also a doner place on the ground floor that's one of the best around. Great value for the price.
