The food was varied and very good, the rooms had been renovated recently, there were two pools, and plenty of sunbeds. But the pools were cold, and the hotel was very far from the beach. There was no parking at the property. We had to ask Reception four times for a hairdryer, and it took the Manager to finally sort it out after two days. Reception staff showed no involvement. We also kept the same towels for four days, with nobody coming to replace them. The air conditioning couldn’t keep up, even when left on all day. The Bulgarian restaurant wasn’t anything special, just on another floor with the same food as the main restaurant. They called it a 4-star hotel, but it felt more like 3 stars. We won’t be coming back.

Our family from Slovakia, including Miss Unicorn :), had a wonderful stay from 15-22.7. 2025. We were very satisfied and enjoyed it. The view was beautiful, the food great, and the beach and service were excellent. The animators were top-notch, nice, smiling, and helpful. I’d rate it 10 out of 10 👌

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the restaurant was spacious with really tasty food. It was peaceful, and the staff treated us well. We did have a mix-up at check-in because we’d been given incorrect information earlier. The reception team tried to sort it out professionally, and General Manager Ralitsa handled it especially well, politely and quickly. She resolved the problem and made our stay better. Many thanks to her 👍🏻

The team did a great job staying calm and attentive while handling the huge number of tourists visiting over the June public holiday. The staff were great. My room had been renovated, though a few small jobs were still unfinished, including a missing section of ceiling around the AC unit.

After 15 years working in hotels, I find this place insulting to the professionals in the industry. It’s extremely dirty and run in an embarrassing way. Breakfast starts at 7:30 a.m., but the staff don’t start until 8:00 a.m. and sit with their coffee among the guests. That’s one example; I could give plenty more. Believe me, the positive reviews are from people who can’t tell a hotel from a flower pot :)
