Sunrise Hotel

The animation team kept both kids and adults entertained, with games in the morning and shows in the evening. Restaurant and kitchen staff served delicious food with good variety and presentation, and service was friendly and attentive. Our room was spotless and kept fresh and tidy each day. The reception team welcomed us warmly, got us checked in quickly, and were always ready to help. Maintenance handled small requests right away, and everything worked. Every team at Hotel Sunrise played a part in a memorable stay. Thanks to them all. We'll be back and would recommend it.

There are a few things that could be better. The desserts in the all-inclusive package were disappointing, with little variety and below-average quality. Parking was inconvenient too: the only option was far from the hotel and cost extra, which was a pain with luggage. The beach is about 5-10 minutes on foot, but stairs on the way can be hard for families with small kids or older guests. Still, for the price, we had a very pleasant stay and would consider coming back. There are six well-kept pools suitable for children, friendly and helpful staff, clean modern rooms, and a good location that balances quiet with access to key areas and attractions. A free hotel shuttle runs to and from the beach. The all-inclusive meals weren't gourmet, but had enough variety and were satisfying overall. This is a good option for families.

The staff are nice, and they even lent me a phone charger. Breakfast was amazing!

We had lovely views and four pools to choose from, with the beach close by, although getting there means going up and down some stairs. Lunch and dinner had plenty of variety. The hotel animators were especially fun and brought a good mood wherever they went. Many thanks to Vicky, Mia and Gabi for all the heart they put into their work!
