The receptionists were polite and nice, but the pool felt too small for the number of people staying there. Rooms were cleaned just once a week, and the food was stodgy. My son was served leftover salad from another customer, with olive seeds still on the plate. This felt more like a hostel than a hotel.

We woke to sunrise over the coast from clean, bright rooms, and the staff were kind and helpful when we needed directions. The food was amazing, too. The hotel is a real gem: quiet and affordable, with a lovely park and a brand new pool. It's about 15 minutes by car from Varna and 5 from Golden sands.

When we arrived, we were told we had to pay a deposit and that it would be returned when we left. At checkout, we got nothing back. The hairy guy at reception then said he hadn't mentioned a deposit and claimed the money was actually for checking in an hour early, even though the rooms had been free for a long time.

The staff, room, and food were all amazing, and we had a great stay. One day, a 14 year old bartender made amazing drinks. Bravo, give him a pay raise!

For the price, this hotel is very poor. We weren't allowed to have wine in the bedroom, and the wine they served came from a bag. Our sheets and towels weren't changed during the three days we stayed. The sea view is blocked by trees, and it's a 30 minute walk to any beach. Please don't waste your time or money.
