We had five nights at BH "Velingrad" through the 60+ program, with breakfast, lunch, dinner and treatments included. The indoor pool was gorgeous, and it was warm throughout the hotel. We also liked the treatments and the very kind rehabilitators. The food was tasty and there was more than enough. Staff were polite and responsive, so we came away with excellent impressions and would gladly return. A handrail on the steps down to the pool would make it even better.

Most things were up to standard, but the heating never got sorted. It had a problem from the first day, and although we were told it would be fixed, it was still the same on day ten.
