My pickup was damaged while I was leaving the small parking area designed by this hotel. Manager Ali eissa didn’t even try to apologize when we spoke on the phone. A bad experience overall.

It’s a peaceful, convenient place to stay, and the receptionists were approachable when I needed something. Mr. Qaiss in particular made booking easier. I’d highly recommend it.

I’ve stayed at Noor Amwaj Hotel on Amwaj Islands three times now. It’s close to the Lagoon, and the staff are friendly and efficient. WiFi is free, and there’s a gym, sauna, steam room, and swimming pool. I highly recommend staying here.

We arrived to find they had no apartments available. The receptionist said they’d tried calling us, but the number Booking.com had provided apparently had only six digits. We’d received no confirmation call, so we’d assumed the two-bedroom apartment we booked was all set. After we waited in the lobby for about ten minutes trying to find somewhere at the last minute, the receptionist called again and asked us to cancel through Booking.com, offering to make it a little cheaper if we did. We had no other option and accepted, but it sounded like they just wanted us to book directly instead of using Booking.com.
