We enjoyed our five days at Juffair Grand Hotel. The location was nice and quiet, and the room was spacious. Housekeeping responded quickly and brought whatever we asked for, while reception was always helpful. All the staff were friendly and supportive. There are eateries, massage parlours, and malls within walking distance. Guests who enjoy bars and nightlife may also like the good nightclubs in the hotel. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

Housekeeping did a great job each day, and the front desk team were consistently helpful and attentive, especially Ms. Kavya. The hotel is right in the heart of Juffair, close to restaurants and shops, yet my room was quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. I had a really good stay at Juffair Grand Hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful from arrival, check-in was quick, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Bahrain.

Mr. Vipin’s patient, courteous manner stood out, even when the hotel was busy. He was kind and attentive throughout, with the sort of genuine care that made a difference to my visit. He handled check-in efficiently and helped with requests, from arranging transportation and suggesting local attractions to making sure everything in my room was right. His warm welcome when I arrived made me feel at ease, and his professionalism kept the stay hassle-free. Thanks to his service, my time at Juffair Grand Hotel was smooth, relaxing, and memorable. I recommend the hotel, and especially Mr. Vipin, one of the best receptionists I’ve met.

The bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the central location was convenient. Hotel guests can park for free in the car park. Breakfast from the restaurant’s open buffet was delicious enough. I’d recommend staying here in Bahrain.

The location puts you near everything, with whatever you need in walking distance. I contacted Mr. Neeraj Makkar (Asst. General Manager) about a suite, and he replied quickly with all the information I asked for. He arranged one for me and my friend. When we arrived, Mr. Makkar and Mrs. Akansha greeted us warmly and were engaging. I can see why they’re both in leadership roles. Claire ( Customer Service Rep) made check-in seamless. The hotel also surprised me with a complimentary bottle of champagne 🍾, a kind gesture. I really enjoyed my stay at Juffair Grand and got to enjoy the spa services too. Mr. Neeraj and Mrs. Akansha are great ambassadors for the company and made the experience even better. 5 🌟 for sure! Very Respectfully, Gjee
