The hotel looks nice, but it was missing too many basic things a guest should be able to count on. The room was noisy enough that I couldn't sleep, with traffic and road sounds coming through. The bed wasn't much better: the sheets were worn, and the mattress felt stiff and a bit lumpy. Getting simple items took repeated calls and long waits. There was no kettle in the kitchen, and the complimentary water and drinks only arrived about 45 minutes after I asked. I also needed slippers and extra towels. After calling several times over an hour and a half, I was told they had no slippers and could send just one towel. The next day, I asked for shower gel and the kettle. I waited an hour for the kettle, but the shower gel never came. I had a terrible stay and strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Vishnu made our stay feel welcoming from the start. He was kind, attentive, and always greeted us with a warm smile. He also went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. His friendly, professional service made a real difference. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and I'm especially grateful to Vishnu for his hospitality.

The room was spotless, and whenever we asked for essentials, they brought them promptly. Reception staff were friendly and helpful too. We were genuinely delighted by the hospitality and had an amazing experience. I'd happily recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel itself is nice, but they don't seem able to manage disruptive guests. Loud music from the room next door woke us early in the morning. We called reception many times, and eventually they offered to move us to another floor because the other guests were already drunk and, they said, couldn't be controlled. That isn't a valid reason. They should remove guests who are disturbing others. Having to change rooms early in the morning was a hassle. Please handle this better next time.

Please don't spend your money here. The service and cleaning were both very bad, and they didn't respect my wife's privacy. During our stay, staff opened the door several times without my knowledge. The reception desk and bellboys were like they had no sense. I absolutely don't recommend staying at Eden Garden!
