Elite Tower

The location was perfect, and the apartment had 3 rooms, a sitting hall, a kitchen, and so on. But the furniture was old and dirty, and the WiFi was very weak. There was no telephone in the room until I requested one. I booked for one night, and this will be my last reservation. Cleanliness is my top priority, along with rooms that are well arranged and modern.

The staff are extremely helpful, and the mattresses are top quality. This apartment is a perfect place for a family stay, with lots of space and high-quality furniture. It is old, though, and some equipment, like the washing machine, needs maintenance.

The only good thing I can say is that the pool is open 24 hours. My 3 rooms apartment was otherwise the worst experience ever. It wasn't clean at all, with dirt on the beds, couches, tables, and basically all around. Essential supplies were missing, including toothbrushes, water, towels, and tissue paper. The room service was bad too. When I asked about what was missing, they complained. One room's air conditioner gave off hot air like a heater instead of cold air. Not recommended!

The bedrooms and sitting rooms have generous space, and there is a kitchen with its contents. Elevators, a gym, and a swimming pool are available too. But the carpets and furniture are old and overused, and the rooms smell like allergens from them, which could be a risk for allergies and bronchial asthma. Cleanliness and housekeeping are poor. There are no room services, restaurants, or other hotel services, and some facilities they say are available aren't provided. Non-smoking rooms smell of smoke. The toilets are poorly designed and don't drain water, so be careful. Security is poor: anyone can enter the building without an identity check. The apartment door has a risky, old lock system, with only one old key provided, so you have to be careful. Parking in the same building isn't guaranteed despite many reserved spaces, and you may have to park far away in an unsafe place. Services are poorly provided, and reception calls at 10 am asking you to check out early. The WiFi connection is poor too.
