Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious, well furnished, and neat and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a good sitting room. The staff were cooperative, and the hotel is in a very quiet part of Juffair. The separate bathroom needs improvement because it's so small that taking a bath is difficult. Toiletries could also be better in both quality and quantity.

The price is quite affordable for the area, and the kitchen in the apartment made it easy to prepare our own food since there's no breakfast. We stayed at Haven Tower in Manama during a business trip and brought our family. Our cozy, comfortable two-bedroom unit had a living room and kitchen, and the apartment-style setup worked well for us. We could hear noise from the neighboring room, as if they were having a party at times. Parking was tight, too. The ramp is very steep, and cars use the same entrance and exit, which can make it tricky. A decent, affordable choice for an apartment-style stay in Manama.

I had an immigration issue and couldn't get to the hotel, so I contacted management to ask for a partial refund. Unfortunately, they didn't understand the situation, and their response wasn't nice. I'd appreciate staying somewhere that understands people's problems.

The Wi-Fi was terrible. I had a meeting I couldn't attend because the connection was so weak. It would also be great if they cleaned the windows on the outside. Apart from that, it's a good place to stay: clean, with spacious rooms, and the receptionists and helpers were all nice and cooperative.
