Juffair Avenue Suites

We stayed here last September 2023, my friend and I. The rooftop pool was nice for the view, and I liked the room's style and interior design. There are four elevators, which is good for a suite building, and when we asked for glasses and towels, they arrived in under five minutes. Wi-Fi was good, and the staff were always welcoming and smiling. There were issues too. The door card didn't work, so we had to use the manual way. I asked if it could be fixed and they said yes, but nothing changed before we left. The bidet pressure couldn't be controlled well, and we couldn't find the slippers. There was no Wi-Fi in reception, which is small and has too few chairs.

We spent two nights here with family. The rooms were nice and clean, and basic kitchen items were provided. The location is very good, with Lulu just a five-minute walk away. Parking is available, but the entrance and exit are very narrow, so you need to be a very good driver to avoid hitting your car. The washrooms are very small, and water stood on the floor while showering. Service was very slow. For me, this wasn't good value for money, and I think better options are available for 50 BHD a night.

The cleaners are friendly, and the pool looks beautiful, but broken chairs there are a hazard and never get replaced. The steam room doesn't work either. Noise made it impossible to get a peaceful night's sleep: you can hear people on beds and chairs being dragged in rooms above, plus constant honking and people yelling in the street all night. Management lies to your face, and you have to ask or call at least twice for anything. Sometimes they don't show up at all. The only good thing I can say is the cleaners are nice, and the problems aren't their fault. Unless you're looking for a night with a local girl you picked up from the club, find somewhere better that's worth your money. Have some respect for yourself, you deserve better than this dump. Worst experience ever.

Great area with a beautiful view, good service, and very good, spacious rooms. It's good for families, and Lulu is nearby. Highly recommend the property if you're interested in annual contracts. 😃
