We’ve rented here every year for at least two weeks, sometimes longer, but after this experience we won’t book again. We asked a staff member about the monthly rate because we were ready to pay for a month. She wouldn’t give us clear information and spoke rudely, shouting that it was their price and we could look elsewhere if we didn’t want it. We hadn’t even said it was too expensive or that we wouldn’t pay.

The villa had four spacious, attractive rooms, and one had a really impressive jacuzzi with hot water. WiFi worked well throughout the resort. Still, this was a disappointing stay based on my own experience. There were lots of insects and mosquitoes inside, so we had to ask reception for Piff Paff spray. The toilets also weren’t working properly, which was a major hassle. The rooms have potential, but those problems affected the visit.

Nordic resort has a lot of potential, but my experience was highly disappointing. It needs a major upgrade. If you want cleanliness, good service, working amenities, and basic luxury, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Our villa had a pool, but the Jaccuzi didn’t work. It wasn’t clean, and there were no towels, toothbrushes or paste, iron, soap, or shampoo. Reception didn’t respond, and staff were dishonest. Some of these things may have been fixable, but service depends on luck. I really can’t recommend it.

Fadoua and the rest of the team welcomed us warmly and kept checking that we had what we needed. Their hospitality made our weekend special. We had an amazing stay at Nordic Resort, with a great location and facilities. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to return! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
