Ahmed and Naw Saine at the hotel restaurant made our visit memorable. Ahmed was welcoming, professional, and attentive, checking that we were comfortable and that everything was right. Naw Saine was warm, friendly, and efficient, and her smile and positive attitude added a lot to the meal. They worked well together and showed real hospitality. Thank you both for such lovely service.

The restaurant was a highlight, with very good food, satisfying portions, and nice presentation. Breakfast was especially enjoyable and well organized. Ahmed and Sareta were friendly, professional, and attentive, and their positive attitude made the experience even better. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the atmosphere felt calm. The facilities met expectations too. A very pleasant stay, and I'd consider coming back.

Benson deserves a special mention for looking after the kids at the pool. He was attentive, cheerful, kept them safe and happy, and made sure they had towels. The stay was memorable, and I'd come back. The hotel has clean rooms and great facilities, including a kids club with PlayStation, PC, billiards, and karaoke. The infinity pool was great, and the heated indoor pool was a dream. Ladies-only pool time was a big plus, and the view was lovely.

Nada was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful, making everything feel smooth and pleasant. The valet team, Mohammed Al Mansouri and Abdullah Al Mudayfi, were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay, and the staff made it a lovely experience.

A beautiful, peaceful hotel where I could really unwind. The co-working areas are comfortable, with fast Wi-Fi and plenty of power outlets, which made getting work done easy. The food was great, and I liked the indoor pool. The staff were helpful, and Benson stood out for his friendly service and warm smile. He went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and made my time at Onyx feel special. I'd recommend it to digital nomads or anyone looking for a productive workspace.
