The new management in 2026 made my stay a really good one, even though I’d seen some very negative older reviews. The place has improved a lot: it was clean, comfortable, and well organized. For Juffair, it’s one of the more affordable choices and great value for the money. I’d definitely recommend it.

The people are really nice and the service is pleasant, but the room cleanliness was poor and the bed looked old. I think the nightly price should be lower, around 6BD plus the 3BD government fee, or 9BD total. Wanasa Cafe is connected to the hotel and looks nice. I’ll leave a separate review for it.

I had my room changed three times because the AC wasn’t working. The coldest room in the whole building was 25 degrees. Staff said they’d fixed it, then tried to tell me the room was cold when it wasn’t. The beds were dirty and there were bedbugs. Really bad staff, don’t book here, even if it’s free.

The rooms are dated, and the furniture isn’t good. The beds feel like wood and are not comfortable or healthy to sleep on. There was a bad smell, and the rooms weren’t very clean.
