Altamash at reception was welcoming, courteous, and professional. He responded promptly and his dedication made the stay even better. Check-in was quick and easy, and our room was spotless. The comfort and facilities exceeded our expectations. We’d highly recommend the hotel and will choose it again on our next visit.

The worst part was how little the hotel seemed to care about guest privacy. Housekeeping came into the room while my wife and I were asleep, without knocking or asking, then said they had the wrong room. I found that shocking and completely unacceptable. The manager never met with me or apologized, and nothing was offered to make up for it. Earlier, the key card wouldn’t open the door and it got stuck. I waited over 20 minutes while staff worked on it, with no genuine apology or professional response. The whole stay left me feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend Ramee Juffair Hotel to anyone who values privacy, respect, or proper service.

Pawan makes dining here a pleasure. He’s friendly and professional, and is quick to notice and respond when guests need something. His polite, attentive service gives the restaurant a welcoming feel.

The staff were supportive and professional, which added to a memorable stay at Ramee Rose Hotel. The party hall is huge, though even that can struggle to fit our Cameroonian parties here. That’s not the hotel’s fault 😂😂😂. It’s a beautiful place.
