Awesome place.

The place is luxurious and very beautiful. Tariq, a Moroccan receptionist, provides very classy service. The lower floors are quieter. Parking can be a minor hassle because sometimes they take a while to open the entrance gate, and you have to get out of the car to signal them.

I had a problem with a receptionist named Sally. When we negotiated the price, she acted as if she agreed, then gave me a different price after taking my details. I tried to discuss it calmly, but she raised her voice. I asked for the manager, and she said he was out of the hotel and busy, and wouldn't give me his phone number. Please be careful about this very important issue. Unfortunately, many hotels treat anyone who is drunk as a victim. This can let people exploit others by claiming they're drunk, and the police give them the right to compensation even if they aren't at the hotel. That's what happened to me. I left at 3 PM and came back at 10 PM to find a wall painting on the floor and broken glass scattered around. When I called, they tried to make me pay, but I refused. We were a family, so they said one of the children had broken it. I denied that because I was sure they hadn't, and asked them to call the police and check the security cameras. I kept insisting, and then they suddenly became nice and said maybe it had fallen. I offered to let the matter go. You can imagine what might happen to young men in our place. May God punish them.
