The staff were friendly and attentive the whole time, and the meals were a real treat, with plenty of variety. My apartment felt like a comfortable little retreat, with all the comforts of home and stylish furnishings. It made for a stay I won't forget, and I'd recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a lovely getaway.

At BEST OUTLOOK HOTEL, we had comfortable accommodations that were kept in beautiful condition. From our arrival, the attentive team treated us like valued guests, with a warm welcome and personal service that made the whole stay feel inviting. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

There’s a swimming pool, and the quiet location seems well suited to workshops and other events. The rooms are huge, with a lovely balcony view of Bujumbura town framed by palm trees. The balcony seating area is nice, the washrooms were very clean, and the showers were great. Service was quick, and the staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast included with the $60 room fee had limited options, though. The TVs are dated and don’t connect to the internet, so bring a flash disc if you want to watch movies.
