It’s a budget hotel with all the basics in the rooms, and the price is good for what you get. Breakfast is simple, though there are plenty of other options nearby. The WiFi worked great during my stay, and the service was good. The staff add a cozy touch. It’s right in the heart of the city, two blocks from the main square, close to the downtown financial districts and surrounded by shops and markets.

Being able to check in early, around 6:00 a.m., is a big plus, especially with so many buses arriving then. The location is convenient, neither too far from nor too close to the city center. Service is excellent, and the gentleman working there is very friendly and always willing to help. Prices are quite reasonable too. Without a doubt, a very good accommodation option.

There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, the location is perfect, and it’s somewhat close to Plaza 14 de Octubre. The atmosphere is lovely and the window view is nice. The gentleman who helps guests is very friendly, and the manager is happy to answer questions. There’s an elevator, and the hotel is impeccably clean. The rooms are clean but a little small. The bathroom is good, though the floor is very slippery, so you’ll need sandals. The free internet works perfectly. A very good place for a vacation.

We’re grateful to City Hotel for hosting our sports delegation of about 40 young people. Whenever I arrived at my room, it was tidy, there were fresh towels, and the air conditioning was running. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and sometimes they were already waiting for us and taking great care of us.
