Olga's Hotel

Good value, simple and pleasant.

The staff were warm and helpful, which was about the only good part of our stay. The owner didn't seem to treat them kindly. The place itself was filthy, with bad-smelling rooms, awful bathrooms, and beds that were extremely uncomfortable. Even the towels felt cheap and poor quality, and breakfast was fruit left over from the previous day. The decor was in very poor taste. For this price, nearby hotels offer better facilities, so I wouldn't recommend this place, even in an emergency.

The rooms are clean and the location is close to the plaza, and the people are friendly. I do hope they improve a couple of things: there's no phone in the room to reach the concierge, and the shower is tiny with no curtain, which could cause an accident.

The breakfast view from the top floor is such a relaxing way to begin the day. It's generous too, and the place is always clean, with excellent service at affordable prices. I come here whenever I'm in the city. A really great spot, highly recommend it.
