Vegetarian food was no problem at all, and the hosts cooked everything with so much care. It was delicious. The cabins are surrounded by nature and quiet, so the place feels peaceful and makes it easy to disconnect. I woke up to the sunrise from my bed, with a breathtaking view. Everything felt warm, authentic, and thoughtfully done. Such a special stay, absolutely recommend.

We were charged too much and were given the wrong room reservation. They said no other rooms were available, even though that wasn’t what we had booked. A very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Waking up to the view of Lake Titicaca from my room felt almost surreal, and breakfast was wonderful, with fresh local flavors that set me up for the day. From the moment I arrived at Utasama, the hosts made me feel welcome with genuine warmth and hospitality. Staying here was an absolute delight on this magical island.

The little huts make very nice rooms, and the lake view is amazing. Sonja, the host, is really friendly and kind. When my girlfriend felt a bit of altitude sickness, she made tea for her and let us keep the room longer so she could rest. The food was really nice too.
