I usually come back for Carnival. The view over the Main Street at the entrance is great, and the room is comfortable. The administrator and owner are both helpful and always ready to lend a hand. Thanks, I'll return next year.

It was fine for one night, but breakfast was very limited and there was street parking. Our room had no hot water, so we showered in a nearby room where the water was only barely warm.

There's lots of space in the rooms, and the beds were very warm. The location is great, close to the carneval and the teleferico, with a nice view over the plaza. The sink was broken, though, and spilled water onto the floor, making a mess. We managed to fix it ourselves.

Foreign tourists should avoid this place. The room was terribly noisy because of the sauna water pump outside the window, which also had a gap in it. There was no view, just rubbish outside room 204. It took them two days to accept that Bolivian law meant we didn't have to pay the IVA tax they tried to add to my bill.

It was hard to fall asleep with the square lights and the hotel's neon lights shining in. The room itself was small and cold. Staff said they'd bring a heater, but it took a long time. The furniture was totally outdated, and there was a really ugly painting on the wall.
