Basic accommodation for a high price, and a real disappointment. Breakfast was just water with bread, and they wouldn’t even provide more boiled water. There wasn’t a trash can in the room, and the receptionist fell asleep around midday after locking the hotel door. I hope they improve, because it’s a waste of a building.

The place looks better from the outside than it is inside. The rates are high, and the service was terrible compared with other options. No hot water, no breakfast, and the heating didn’t work. I ended up staying here because my partner was feeling sick from the altitude and we couldn’t go look for another hotel.

I booked and paid for a room, but the man who attended me, with his pants around his knees, said there was no reservation. My friends and I had to pay again. The photos don’t match the place at all, and it felt like a total rip-off. The hotel was ugly, with chains hanging from the walls. It honestly looked like an escape room. Because of the time, I had to stay there, but I was so scared we literally couldn’t sleep.

Terrible. They’d be better off renting out or selling the rooms. I don’t think this place has a future as a hotel.

The bathrooms were unhygienic, and there was no heating or breakfast. The service was terrible, especially for 250bs a day.
