A great little hotel, with secure underground parking for motorcycles and space for cars too. The shower pressure was fantastic. Staff also let me leave my belongings there while I went on a mine tour the next day.

The rooms are comfortable and heated, and the location is perfect. Breakfast is simple but great. Ask to pay in bs, since it’s more convenient than paying in dollars, despite what the receptionist was trying to convince me of.

It’s hard to find a more central spot. You’re literally meters from the Convento Santa Teresa, and my room had a beautiful view of its bell tower. The hotel is beautifully designed in a converted old town house. My room was cozy and comfortable, and warm, which matters in Potosí. The reception staff were nice, especially the ladies from housekeeping. Breakfast wasn’t great, with few choices and chaotic service, but oh well. I’m sure they’ll work on it. I was very happy here.

The in-house restaurant was a bonus, the food was exceptionally good. The room was clean, the internet worked well, and the price was reasonable. It’s about a four-minute walk from the central plaza, with museums, cathedrals, banks, and other places nearby. What more could you ask for?
