Radisson Hotel Santa Cruz

Best hotel I've stayed at in Santa Cruz. The pool is big, and the view from the roof is amazing 😍

We came for the Jehovah’s Witnesses convention, and this hotel was a gem. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the amenities were great. It's also in a really good spot, close to everything!

It looks lovely, a large hotel in the Urubó area, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds, sheets, lighting, and bathrooms were all good, with clean towels, toiletries, and hot water. The closet stayed dark even with its lights on, so I had to use my phone flashlight to see inside. Service was pretty good until the hotel filled up. They added tables in odd places, and there was a big difference between arriving early and late for breakfast. The coffee was good at first, but when I went back for more it was bad, as was the rest of the breakfast. Staff had to be brought in from other areas to help the waiters. The two elevators also couldn't keep up during busy hours, so we waited a few minutes to get to our rooms. It's a good hotel when it isn't full, but service shouldn't differ depending on how many guests are staying. That's why I can't give it more stars.

I stay at the Radisson every time I'm in this city because I like all of it. The rooms and facilities are clean and comfortable, and the employees are professional and kind. The restaurant food is delicious and presented beautifully, and the breakfast buffet has just about every choice you can imagine 😋. There's also a taxi company that serves the hotel, and the drivers are excellent, so you feel safe. On our latest stay, we were going to a wedding during a general strike, with the roads blocked 🚫. The drivers knew the city well and got us to and from the airport safely.
