Fine for one night at that low price, I guess. The room looked clean, but some towels were dirty and the toilet outside wasn't clean either. It was ridiculously hot in the room even with fans.

The staff helped us with transport and information, and let us into our room at 7 after we arrived around 4 in the morning. It was the cheapest decent private room we'd had in five cities and villages. There's hot water and good Wi-Fi, a supermarket one block away, and a mercado two blocks away. Leaving the hostel, there's a pretty good grill restaurant a block to the left. The neighborhood felt safe. This might not suit you if you're hoping to meet people.

The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The room was clean and the price was good, with hot and cold water in the shower and a shared balcony. There are lots of places to eat nearby. Highly recommend it.
