Sirari Suites Hotel

Neil was the standout for us. When my friend and I ran into problems, he went out of his way to help, and the two women at reception were really friendly too. The room was comfortable and very clean, with warm and cold air conditioning, a balcony overlooking the pool, and a great breakfast. I can highly recommend the hotel.

The staff were fantastic throughout our stay, and whenever we needed something, it arrived in our room quickly. The hotel is in a nice, clean area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so choosing somewhere for dinner was easy. Our room was extremely clean and faced the pool. On the first night, they let us use a balcony room with a Jacuzzi even though we hadn't booked it, and didn't charge extra. Breakfast had lots of Bolivian food and local fruit juices I'd never tried before. Coming from Norway to Latin America for the first time, I hadn't expected much, but I was amazed as soon as I walked in. My experience was great, and I'm sure I'll come back soon. I strongly recommend it to anyone traveling to Bolivia, and I don't think you'd regret staying here. My one hope is that management hires more English-speaking workers, since communicating with the staff was difficult without my girlfriend's help. They were still great and amazing.

It's been renovated since my last visit, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is great, the facilities are clean, and they were flexible about a couple of things we needed. All in all, a great option.

There was no hot water or working A/C, and the staff did nothing about it. A hotel employee who seemed mentally unwell threatened me with a knife.
