Our group had 8 people, and every one of us ran into problems. There were cockroaches, broken toilets, leaking baths, a bad smell, terrible internet, and a bunch of really bad renovations. Check my pictures. The food and beverages were priced higher than any I'd ever seen. This might have been a really nice hotel in the 1990s, but not in 2019.

Everything felt really old. The main living rooms had no curtains, the place smelled, and the kitchen was awful. The WC was poorly equipped, and the maintenance team was bad. Breakfast was poor quality too, with greasy ham. Avoid!!!

The suites are a little old, but generally good and clean, and the facility is excellent for a low price. The food is ok. If you're after 5 stars, though, you should look for los tajibos hotel, which is 5 stars.

Of the 3 places I stayed at, this was the best. A bit pricey, but the service was excellent... and the female staff were quite good looking, hehe.

We used to like this place, but it's going downhill and needs renovation. They started selling vacation club membership, and the pool was full of young people, so there was no way to get in. The minibar in the room wasn't stocked properly.
