Gerardo, the owner, is really welcoming and nice. The hostel’s a chilled place, kind of small, but it has a great rooftop that’s supposed to get a bar and other things soon. It can be hard to find. If you’re not sure where to go in Tarija and want to feel at home, this is the place.
Gerardo is really kind and helpful, and there are Zumba classes just downstairs, too. The location is good, the kitchen has everything, and the accommodation is clean. Had a very nice stay at Gerardo place ;).

Breakfast comes with the stay, and the location is pretty central. The hostel is new and has a lot of potential. Give it a few years and those spectacular rooftop parties could make it a city landmark. Great atmosphere here. 😉
