Pousada Rural Águas da Prata

This is one of the best pousadas I’ve stayed at with my family. There’s a lovely sense of peace and quiet, plus a wonderful space for children. The rooms were clean and had a beautiful view. Isabel and Sr. Manoel were extremely attentive. The breakfast is simple, but it’s made with a lot of care and love. I’d recommend staying here to anyone who wants a real break from the noise of the world. We’ll definitely be back soon.

The surroundings are very green and peaceful, and everything is well cared for and kept in good condition. The accommodations are simple but very clean, with a new mattress and clean, fresh-smelling towels and bedding. The staff were polite, and the owner, Sr Manoel, was very attentive. My only complaint is breakfast. It’s very basic, and food isn’t replenished regularly. On both days I couldn’t get any omelet because it had run out.

I thought the place was fantastic for enjoying nature and getting some rest. The receptionist Izabel was very attentive, and I hope to return and see it in a different light if they focus on the issues I mentioned. The breakfast was scarce and needs a lot of improvement, and the pool wasn’t very clean.

The place itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential. But with the current management, staying there just isn't an option. The service was awful, the breakfast was truly poor, and we weren't given a blanket even though it got down to 10° overnight. They also don't offer the things shown in the photos, like pedal boats and zip-lining. The worst place we've ever been. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
