The room really let the stay down. It was old and smelled strongly of mold, the bed and bath clothes felt rough, and there was no microwave. For what it costs, the room should be much better. The landscape is beautiful, the food is good, the pools are warm, and the staff are friendly, with recreation for kids.

The service was amazing, and it seems like a good place to visit with kids. We loved it there, but the road between the resort and Pitanga is awful, so be careful driving there.

That winding mountain road to get there is the one downside. We’re a family, and it’s definitely kid-friendly. Everything else was excellent!

The activities move a little slowly, but they’re worth it. The service is great, and the place itself is wonderful. It’s fantastic.

A great spot to relax, though it’s a bit pricey. A beer at the pool costs 13 quid, and a ham and cheese sandwich is 19. That can’t be right!
