We had a pleasant stay, and the food was great. The outdoor courts were still being renovated.

The hotel's marketing is impressive, with influencers making it look glamorous, but the service fell far short. Locals told us about other guests who'd had awful experiences here, much like ours. Don't trust TikTok influencers, the Cacau Show brand image, or the marketing. They don't deliver on what they promise. Our room wasn't cleaned properly, the food was appalling, and the hotel was one of the most disorganized, low quality places I've stayed. Staff seemed to have no idea what was going on, and the Hotel Manager was rude and arrogant. When problems come up, customer service turns combative instead of taking responsibility or understanding how to resolve things. Good luck if you have an issue. What a shame.
