I was delighted by the renovation of the former Hotel Cacique into a beautiful inn. The work is impeccable, thoughtfully done, and respectful of the place's history. You can feel the care in all the details. Receptionist Alan was extraordinary, so attentive, polite, helpful, and friendly. He welcomed us warmly and patiently showed us two apartments, making us feel truly cared for. We'll certainly stay here. It's a lovely renovated place with a warm, personal kind of service. Highly recommend!

I was moved from the moment we arrived until we left. We were welcomed with genuine warmth and affection, like being in a Portuguese home. Congratulations to Sérgio, his wife, and the whole hotel team. I also want to thank Beatriz, who was so friendly and attentive from our very first contact. The room was airy and clean, the surroundings were pleasant, and we felt at home. Breakfast was delicious, and the location is excellent: the spa and praça Ademar de Barros are close enough to walk to. We highly recommend it. Whenever we come to Águas de Lindóia, this will be our hotel. Thank you so much!

This was our first time at Estalagem Portucale, and it was such a good experience that we were already planning another visit when we left. People say the first impression lasts, and ours was a lovely one. The location is really convenient, close to everything. You can walk to the spa and several little shops. The inn is charming, with thoughtful details that bring Portugal to mind, including the food. We tried tasty, generous portions of Portuguese dishes like pastel de nata, bacalhau a Braz, and pastel de nata de bacalhau (!), all at fair prices. Breakfast had a good variety, and the apple and almond cake was wonderful. Our room was comfortable, tidy, and clean, as were the shared spaces. The heated pool's whirlpool is worth enjoying, too. Service was excellent, from the waiters to reception, where they gave us great tips for making the most of our stay in Águas de Lindoia. The whole team was friendly and helpful.

Ana Paula is the standout. Everyone was friendly, but she was especially warm and charismatic, treating guests like family. My daughter Raiany and I loved our stay and felt embraced by everyone's care. Thanks to the whole team for such a lovely visit. We'll see you again soon, and I'll bring family and friends.
